Utah is such a beautiful state! We have parks full of wonderful scenery wherevery you look. Why not use this natural decor to add a bit of romance to your reception? If you want to go all out on decorating, many cultural hall decor rental companies will also decorate for a garden reception!
Yesterday I talked a little about the idea of a picnic wedding reception, and today I just wanted to share with all of you some more information on how to find a cheap pavilion that would be wedding reception worthy.
If you google a phrase like- reserve a pavilion in Utah County (insert your own county that the end of course) tons of information will come up. Here’s some that I’ve found-
Utah State Parks will reserve their pavilions for $30 for the day plus a processing fee.
Most Orem City Parks will reserve their pavilions for $50 ($30 for those at Scera Park, and more for special pavilions such as the Bowery at Mt. Timp Park)
Information on reserving parks in Utah County can be found at this link. Prices are not listed on the webpage, but I vote this is one worth checking out! This list includes the parks up through the canyon that have those amazing mountain views. What a perfect location for a reception!
Salt Lake County reservation information can be found at this link. Their prices start at about $75 ($150 for a larger pavilion)
