Elizabeth’s Custom Catering has a lot of options for a wedding reception or luncheon. It is located In Salt Lake City, Utah and offers a variety of traditional, Tex-Mex and BBQ favorites. The lunch menu starts at about $7-9 per person and includes your choice of salads, soups or sandwiches- each served with side dishes and a small dessert. Boxed lunches are also available for those who plan a more casual meal. (I think they’d be perfect for a luncheon in the park!)
An great example of their BBQ menus is their ‘Southern Pride’ meal including Barbecue Sandwich (pork, chicken or beef), choice of two sides, watermelon and Homemade cookies. All of that for $8.99 per person.
More traditional food is also offered for a great price. For example, their ‘French Garden Buffet’ includes Petite Croissant Sandwiches, Crudites (Fresh Veggies) with Poppyseed Dip, Fresh Cut Seasonal Fruit, Mini Eclairs, Chocolate Dipped Strawberries, Raspberry Lemonade & Lemon water all of $8.99 per person.
