So you’re dreaming about your wedding.   One of the most exciting, and often one of the first things to figure out is where to find that perfect engagement ring.  If you’re a girl, it’s a piece of jewelry that you’d likely been dreaming of since you were a little girl.  If you’re a guy then you’re probably stressed out of your mind BECAUSE she’s been dreaming about this ring for so long!

Whether you plan on ring shopping together, or buy the ring to surprise her- I have a bit of advice for you.  Wilson Diamonds. If you are located anywhere near Provo, UT you have to at least stop by.  Here’s why-

First of all, they have the largest, most diverse selection of engagement rings that I’ve seen.

Second, they have normal business hours!  That might sound like a funny thing to list if you haven’t done much ring shopping yet, but as soon as you go out there you’ll find that SO many jewelry stores close at 6.  I really don’ t know what they’re thinking- what young, engaged couple is going to go on a date to look at rings before 6?  I sure don’t get it

And last, and most importantly- the sales people at Wilson’s are really truly so helpful.  That’s SO important!  I’ve heard rumors that they don’t  get paid on commission.  While I don’t actually have a way to prove that, I do know they are not pushy at all- quite different than most jewelry  salesmen I’ve met!    They’ll sit down with you and educate you on the quality of different diamonds.  They’re happy to show you rings that fit into whatever budget you need to stay in.  Every time I interact with them they have gone above and beyond to help their customers.

Even their website is set up to help you as much as possible.  You can search their ring collection online by filling in how many stones you’d like, what metal, how big of a diamond etc.  For all you guys out there who need a little help in the creativity area- they have compiled huge list of great ideas on how, and where to propose.  And, this one’s my favorite, for all of you who are looking to create a custom ring, they have provided a contract that you can download for FREE and take ANYWHERE-not just to their store- to make sure your rights are protected when you plan such a large, custom purchase.
