Gowns By Pamela- Wedding Gown Rentals; Provo and Murray Utah
My cousin found this great little shop while planning for her own wedding. I was lucky enough to go with her to the appointment and see all the great varieties that the store had to offer.
The shop specialized in renting wedding gowns. Each dress is made in two pieces, which might sound a bit scary at first, but they do a great job at seamlessly tying together the top and bottom pieces to create a beautiful dress. The best part is that you get to pick out just how you want the top half of your dress and match it to just what you dreamed the skirt to look like. A lot of their skirts even have removable trains to allow you an option in that regard as well. The price of renting each dress includes all of the accessories- petty coats, veils, tiaras, broaches etc. – which can easily add up to a few hundred dollars fast!

Here are some things you need to know about this place that I’ve learned from people who work there: first they are incredibly disorganized & have no real system for keeping track of information or even organizing their stores. Second, yeah you may be getting the steaming & cleaning for free, but it’s literally washed in home washing machines. Not professionally done at all. They sell you cheap jewelry at high mark-up prices. Really examine the dresses, they will smooth talk & pressure you into buying things that are not the best quality. If you can afford it just spend the extra $$ to buy a dress. Avoid this place!!
