Gygi Culinary Solutions; Salt Lake City
This one’s for all you bakers out there. If you or one of your family members is planning on making any food for your wedding reception, you’ve got to check out what they’ve got at Gygi Culinary Solutions. This place carries restaurant supplies and it open to the public. Their prices are great and they carry so many things that you can’t find anywhere else. Here are just a few highlights-
candy making equipment including chocolate molds and AMAZING, high quality chocolates
all the wedding cake baking supplies you’ll ever need (pans, decorating tips, food coloring, cake stands etc )
serving ware- both nice quality and really nice disposables. They even have this line of plastic plates with the slogan ‘Elegance of china and the convenience of disposables’. They also have serving spoons available- a lot of which are under a dollar.
