Indroducing Real Weddings!!!!!
I’ve been thinking about something lately. I’m a bridal magazine kinda girl. I love seeing people’s ideas and what they did for their weddings but when it comes down to it- who really gets to have a wedding like the ones featured in Martha Stewart? I sure wish I could have had one, but it just so happens that my daddy didn’t want to take out a second mortgage on his home just to pay for my wedding.
I wanted to create a place where you can soak up more realistic wedding ideas. You know, the kinds that cost maybe $40 instead of $1,000. I’ve come up with the Affordable Utah Weddings: Featured Weddings page. The featured weddings will include pictures of real people who planned their weddings in Utah on a realistic budget. You get to browse through all the details-flower girl dresses, center pieces, reception favors etc- and (this is my favorite part!) read how much they paid and where they got each one. That way if you like the idea you can go ahead and do it for your own wedding!
