Reception Center at Cedar Hills Golf Club
I’m beginning to really love the idea of having a reception at a golf club. Not only would you be surrounded by beautiful, perfectly kept landscaping but you’d also be faces with some very reasonable prices.
Cedar Hills Golf Club (located in Cedar Hills, Utah) rents out it’s beautiful Sunset Room for wedding receptions. I love it! As you can see below, the entire room is surrounded in windows overlooking the amazing grounds with a perfect view of the mountains. Just imagine how beautiful that view would be at night!
The room itself is simple enough to be decorated to fit any style (or just left alone to let you enjoy the beauty of the view) and comes with the tables, chairs and linens you’ll need for your reception.
The Sunset Room can currently be reserved for a 3 hour block on a weeknight for just $375 ($415 to include 8 tablecloths) and $675 on a weekend ($715 with 8 tablecloths).

There are a lot of really great reception venues around Utah. For me, the most important part of a venue is the landscaping. This usually makes golf courses a great place if you’re looking for some place that’s ultra-manicured. I prefer a less disciplined garden center or another place with more flowers and natural beauty. I’m glad you’ve found a place for your reception that fits what you want!
