They also go above and beyond and act as wedding coordinators as well. Upon booking them, clients receive a Wedding Planner Packet that has many articles and helpful lists about choosing their wedding music. They’ll meet with the client 2 to 4 weeks before the wedding and go over every detail. Then at the wedding, because they work in DJ teams, there will always be two people to present: one to run the music and sound, and one to interact with guests, help setup or breakdown chairs and tables, and any other thing that anybody else needs help with. This is all included in the wedding coordinating price.
