Affordable Utah Weddings

There are so many great deals out there for reception locations, but every once in a while I find one that is just amazing.  This beautiful building, the Edelweiss Center, is located just 20 minutes up Provo Canyon in the Heber Valley.  As you can see from the photos, this building is full of beautiful details all the way through.  The room itself is so full of character- there would be no need for extra decorations!  If you did want to personalize the room a bit, I think it’d look amazing with a natural theme to enhance the beauty of all the wood  details.   (check out our ‘Natural Outdoor Wedding‘ post for ideas).

Rental prices currently start at just $550 for a weekday and $800 for a weekend.  That price includes all the tables and chairs you’ll need (including guest tables, banquet tables and cake tables and a sign in table) and allows you to have the room for the entire day, not just for a few hours.  That means you could have the room all set up at the beginning of the day so you can just sit back and enjoy everything.  Also, if you had the room for the full day you could have several events there throughout the day.  You could start with your wedding ceremony, ring ceremony or wedding breakfast/luncheon and then transform the room for your reception that evening.  All for a price that’s much less than most people pay to decorate a cultural hall!
